Q: Sinus Problem?

I was curious about a problem I have had with my sinus'. I have had a sore throat and runny nose which led to joint pain for 3 days. Now I just have a stuffy nose, very dry, as well. Every morning I wake up I have to clear my throat of a thick, very sticky, blood "clot". The mucus I clear from my throat during the day is very sticky. It is like glue. I have a sensation of something on my throat all of the time. I thought maybe another sinus infection but I don't have sinus pressure like I have in the past. It's almost like I am drying up...I have been to the eye doctor several times for dry eye syndrome too. Now my nose and throat too. Any information you have would be great. I don't like to take antibiotics if not necessary. Rolling Eyes

Yeachk...

Yeah those nasty "clots" from the throat are not fun...
I have to clear one out every morning.

Mine are due to allergies, and even with claritin and nasal spray and all the other ideas i've thought of, my allergies still flare up and I get a sinus infection.

I try to keep on top of them with my meds, but sometimes (especially when the weather changes) I get a sinus infection...

It sounds like yours is much worse than mine....
Wish I could give you more help..

Good luck,
