Need Help A.s.a.p.!!!!!!! Posted: 07-16-04 14:08pm
Here's the deal.... Was on high dose
birth control for about 10 months. After
expierencing migraines... I decided to
switch to ortho tri-cyclen lo. I was off
the first pill for 1 month before starting
ortho. I did not have sex in the time
frame. I am now on my second pack of
ortho... And am supposed to have my
period this week...Wednesday. Well its
friday and still nothing. I had spotting
for 6 days last week before reaching my
inactive pills. I have had sex with my
boyfriend without a condom about 3 times
in the last month. I thought that I would
be covered after the first 7 days of
taking the pill. Is this my body just
adjusting or did the pill fail me? Any
help would be much appreciatied!!

Switching pills can throw your cycle off
and sometimes can cause you to spot and
miss your period.Sometimes a pill is
either too strong or not strong enough and
you might have to try a few to find one
that is right for you.See your doc asap if
you don't get your period soon! Good
luck.Pattyv
