Q: Molluscum

I have a few questions about molluscum. Ive done about as much research as I can and keep finding the same things over and over. Just basic info that I already know. I just have a few questions:

1: what is the best treatment (i've been doing liquid nitrogen)?
2: when the bump is frozen (with liquid nitrogen) does the virus inside die or is it still contageious ?.
3: how long will the virus live outside the body, lets say on a towel or sheets. Or does it even die when exposed to the air ?.
4: some of the molluscum are very small. Are they as contagious as the larger ones and should I get those treated as well or wait ?

If anyone has any good ideas for me to try I would appreciate the info I just want to get rid of this.
