Hi,there!I don't think either one is truly permanent to the point where you are totally hair-free for the rest of your life.Electrolysis destroys the hair follicles,but that does not mean that you can't grow new ones elsewhere.Laser needs touch -ups a few times a year,but from the few people I know that did it,it is worth the money!
