I have never been sick or really sick, in march my neck started hurting or a dull pain in back of head. Was really worried so I quit smoking cold turkey. Been to the doctor because of my worrying and it continueing to may. Ct scan rulled out head problems, spinal tap ruled out other stuff. Now still getting dull pain at the big back bone just above the sholder blades. Left eye keeps watering, dull pain in different parts of body. Doctor says tension headache. Should I worry. I do sit in front of a computer 8 hours a day as my job, but was doing that for about 5 months and this seemed to come on quick.

From our post, it seems you have correctly dianosed your problem as well as the solution. It is a lifestlye thing. You know it and the solution is really in your own hands. Hope to hear from you down the road and says that the problem is gone because you have taken the necessary changes, excercises, relaxation, postures etc
