Okay so ive taken my (combination) bc pills within about three hours of the same time every night without missing any pills and last saturday ( 5 days before my expected period) I had a little spotting of blood. Also ive been having some random nausea, not to bad though. Ive had some lower abdominal pain since the blood. Ive had sex this month but we used the "pull out method".

What are my chances of bein pregnant? Could this bleeding be implantation bleeding?? Sad please help

Well that is kind of weird. If you have not missed any pills then it should not do that. I would call your doc and try a different pill. When pills were not right for me my period was like that. Although it was constantly like that. Maybe the hormonal levels in your pills isn't right for you.
Actually, I had the spotting between and around my periods with the combination pills after taking them for a while. Now I am on the pill with the one level of hormones and I don't spot anymore. You may want to try that.

I agree, it's probably the pill. I don't think its pregnancy.

I was on ortho trycyclen for 4 years and all of a sudden I was having spotting. My doctor changed my pill to ortho tricyclen lo and it has been better. However, I have been spotting lately again, but not as bad. I haev had the cramping too- just a little though
