I've had hot flashes off & on for close to 2 years. They wake me up and I can't get back to sleep. They're worse when i'm stressed (sick mother, job worries). Tried a prescription which worked great except it made me feel groggy & stupid. Any ideas for something I can do to get back to sleep???
