Weird!! 
The only things I can think of that might help are ces machines &/or sound & light machines you can check both out at: alpha stim & dynamind. Also through search engines. They should help with the headaches (the ces has been a godsend for my migraines etc) but the noise - that - I don't know. Still if you reduced/stopped the pain it may have a flow on affect to the noise if it is an extension of whatever is caussing the pain??
