I believe you should not worry too much. I have he same thing, except may the green tint to the skin. What I had was a cyst deep in my ear lobe. What I used to shrink it down and dry it up was nucream acne cream. This acne has sulfur, tea tree oil and other ingredients, just exactly what is needed for pulling pus out and killing the bacteria.
