Q: Broken Nose???

2 days ago I was headbutted into my nose it bled for a while then stopped but I still cant touch it at the top without tears but I can touch the nostrils no pain I didnt get black eyes and when I do barely touch it pain shot up in my head is it broken and should I see a doctor
