Confused Lately I have noticed that my face breaks out in a itchy, fiery rash after eating mangos. My face looks all puffy and around my mouth I have a rash of small bumps. I need to know if there is something that I can do to alleviate the burning sensation and to reduce the puffiness and rash. I have never had problems with food allergies before, what could be causing the change.

You can develop an allergy at any age so if it'snly with mangoes - stop eating them Exclamation if for some reason this is unacceptable see an allergist or a homeopath might be better & see if either can assist you to overcome the allergy.
