I am on the mini pill (oestrogen only) and have been on it for 3years.I take it very carefully & in that time I have missed it about 10 times which I think is pretty good.
The mini pill needs to be taken within three hours of the usual time.I take it at 3pm so if I dont take it by 6pm then it's classed as late. On friday july 2nd I took it at 6:30pm so it was late. I took it properly for the next couple of days but was late again (7pm) on tuesday 6th july therefore I have been taking it properly for 12 days now.
If pills are taken late then you have to wait for 1 week until its safe to have intercourse again (if you dont use condoms that is) my question is when am I considered 'safe' again since I missed 2 in a week.Any advice would be very very much appreciated so thanks in advance

Seeing as you didnt actually "miss", that is not take any that day, of the pills and you were only late twice, I think then that you would probably just take the 7 day rule from your last late pill.

So your last late pill was on 6th july, you should most definately be covered again 7 days after that date. If you are really worried, I would just use condoms till the end of the month, to be super safe, but id say you are ok.
