Go to a search engine (google or yahoo) & type in migraine headaches, then try typing in natural alternative treatments for migraines, also try non medication treatments for migraines, also ces machines, - basically do alot of research, figure out what sounds like your situation & what seems like it's worth trying & go for it.
"migraines" can be caused by many things - allergic reactions (remember you can develop allergies at any time in your life), stress, pulled muscles, pain, pinched nerves, depression, anxiety attacks, etc. They also come in all shapes, sizes & types, visual disturbances, distress caused by any or all of sound/smell/light/movement/foods, various tense/tight feelings especially in face/neck areas, nausea & so on & on.......
Generally though relaxing helps (as do natural meds etc that help you relax - yoga, meditation, vitamin b, 5htp(tryptophan), sam-e, dhea, walks, sleep(obviously) & so on plus prescribed meds - although these never really helped me - but we are all different - still I would suggest you check out the ces machines.
