Q: Dry Discharge From Nipples

It's probably nothing but I thought i'd ask. Over the past couple of years I have been experiencing an intermittent dry discharge from one or both of my nipples. It's off white in colour and looks like hardened grit or something. Not sure how to describe it. Has anyone else experienced this and do you know what causes it?

Thank you in advance.

Yes...I've had it for years. I thought it was just something weird with me. After I get out of the tub or shower, I try to 'exfoliate' as much as possible either with my clean towel or just my hands...sometimes I have to 'pick' at them to get the stuff out...which probably isn't the best thing to do, but it helps with the build up. Still not sure myself what it is, but you aren't the only one!
