Does anyone have any inforamtion on tightness in the throat? For the past two days I have had tightness in my throat. My throat does not hurt but I feel like me throat is closing. I also feel like I have a lump in my throat.

I noticed lastnight from my moms nice hot stew worked very well for my throat with stress. Or u could also try a couple bowls of nice hot soup. Try it and tell me if it works.

Tightness In Throat
I am all too familiar with tightness in the throat. I have suffered from anxiety for many years and this seems to be the one symptom that always hangs around. I have also discoverd that I am sensative to msg which plays a large part in the severity of the tightness. If I eat correctly--i can have a virtually symptom free day. But if I eat the wrong thing--i can suffer for several days with my throat, headaches and generally feeling crummy. It might be something to try--avoiding the msg to see if it works. It takes some time and dillegence though, because the labels are very misleading. Msg is in many products but it is disguised with other names. So do some research-- I found this website to be helpful: www.Truthinlabeling.Org I hope this helps Smile
