I am a 59 year old woman who has always been in reasonably good physical condition except for 2 plantar faciatomies (left and right feet) 8 years ago. For 9 months now I have suffered intermittently from pain in my right hip. It usually is similar to sciatica but doesn't project down the leg. When it is bad it causes me to limp. I have been to several pts and now a chiropractor. I do floor exercises but no other exercise right now.
After the doctor's visits I have relief for a day or two and then i'm in discomfort again. Any ideas about what this is and what to do about it?
