Q: My Right Arm And Right Hand Have Been Numb For Years!

It comes and goes. I have to put my arm down for a few seconds to let the blood flow again.
I take a seizure medication called tegretol xr, doubt this has anything to do with it though.

This has been a problem...For years now!
I am also a weight lifter; 40 years old (male).....

Any suggestions.....Besides " see a doc" Laughing

Do you lean on your arm or elbow alot?
Doing that and keeping it raised can cause the blood to not flow to your arm.
But that is just my first observation, it could be a number of things. The best advice overall is to really see a doctor, better safe than sorry, right?
