Can vaginal contraceptive films be used with condoms? Has anyone ever used these before (vcfs)? Thanks

I'm not quite familiar with the name....Is this the stuff where it's a film with spermicide on it? If so then yeah, they can be used with condoms and are probably a good idea, too, for more protection. But I can't quite remember what they are, could you explain?
