Q: Bleeding and pregnant

I posted yesterday that I had started to bleed. I had just found out that I was pregnant from my doc...She had told me my levels were really low like I had just got preg...I waited till today and took another hpt and it came out positive. I'm still bleeding today though.What could this be..I also found out I have hypothyroidism and have been taking my med everyday could this be making me bleed..I have soo many q's please help
