Me on the other hand, I have decided to try to take some nutrients to make me more regular. They have many types, ovulex is an all natural pill. Geritol, is also supposed to be good. Fertileblend and fertileaid are out there too. All of those you can get without prescription, then they also have the ones you can recieve prescriptions for, like clomid and stuff. I am about to try ovulex. I want to try something natural before a drug. Anyhow, you may want to try tracking your basal temp. And just relaxing and not worrying about it. If your like me, my irregularity didnt start until I decided to try to have a baby. Now, every month I have false pregnancies and my period is always late! I been on the pill for 1 year half when i started having alot of side affects so i went off and went to the iud. i've taken it out since sept 08 and still nothing please help me i am very stressed and upset.
