Q: Sudden Head Pain Upon Movement

For the past 3 months, I have had short, sharp pains in the back of my head on the left side. Right at the base of my skull. I have seen a chiropractor and everytime that he gives me a neck adjustment, the pain stops for a few days or a few weeks. The pain only occurs when I move about suddenly. Especially when I jump or turn my head suddenly. When I visit the chiropractor, he always finds at least one vertabrae on my neck that is out of joint, upon correcting this, it always feels much better and I can go days without any pain.

I'm not that worried about this being a brain tumor, because the pain only occurs when I make sudden movements with my body. But still, i'd like to know what other's opinions of this is. Thanks for your time.

Extremely eHealthy
Personally I would want an x-ray to rule out anything moer serious especially as I would not like the idea of having to have neck adjustments for the rest of my life - i'd also seek advise from another chiropractor, also physiotherapist to see if there is a less invasive option.

I personally know of a dr/chiropractor who had a patient die after neck manipulation; also not one medical professional in many fields over a 20 year period has ever even replied to my query of how come if your knees dislocate it causes severe damage yet wrenching your spine(kneck) back into alignment (a form of reverse dislocation after it has dislocated itself) is ok??

Sudden Head Pains
Sometimes I get sudden head pains. I get them every now and then. I get them sometimes when Im just sitting down, and not doing anything active. For instance. Just a few minutes ago, I just had a sharp pain in the back of my head. But it was a quick pain. And that was it. Sometimes a pain will shoot from the back of my head to the side. It kinda freaks me out. I dont know what causes it. Maybe I can get some opinions about it.
