Hi everyone - sorry if you've heard this
one before
my teeth are, aesthetically, far less
pleasing to the eye than i'd like. I am a
smoker, and I do drink coffee, which
undoubtedly contribute to worsening their
appearance - but the solution to these two
factors I can deal with.
The teeth themselves, especially the
front, visable ones are a sort of off
yellowing colour, which isn't too nice.
One thing my dentist told me a while back
which should probably be known is that my
enamel is somewhat lacking, or as he, at
the time described it "shot".
Having this problem is basically due to me
being an fool in the past, and at my age
this shouldn't be happening to me. I
can't do anything about this, and do brush
regularly etc.
This is a great blow to my confidence, so
I was basically wondering what my options
were, to get them looking better. I want
to restore some whiteness, without the
over-the-top whitening i've seen before,
as I don't want the effect to be too
obvious.
Any suggestions and ideas of price (i'm in
the u.K) would be greatly appreciated.
