Anyone Got Any Suggestions? Help Would Be Great!

Hi everyone - sorry if you've heard this one before Rolling Eyes

my teeth are, aesthetically, far less pleasing to the eye than i'd like. I am a smoker, and I do drink coffee, which undoubtedly contribute to worsening their appearance - but the solution to these two factors I can deal with.

The teeth themselves, especially the front, visable ones are a sort of off yellowing colour, which isn't too nice. One thing my dentist told me a while back which should probably be known is that my enamel is somewhat lacking, or as he, at the time described it "shot".

Having this problem is basically due to me being an fool in the past, and at my age this shouldn't be happening to me. I can't do anything about this, and do brush regularly etc.

This is a great blow to my confidence, so I was basically wondering what my options were, to get them looking better. I want to restore some whiteness, without the over-the-top whitening i've seen before, as I don't want the effect to be too obvious.

Any suggestions and ideas of price (i'm in the u.K) would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hello-
since you say your enamel is shot, bleaching would not be a good choice for your front teeth.Perhaps porcelain veneers would be a good option.See what your dentist says.If you could bleach your other teeth to brighten them and do veneers on the front teeth, that may be something to look into. You don't have to go super white with the whitening, you can stop at anytime with a take home system.Best of luck to you!!Pattyv Smile
