You cannot get a tattoo when you're pregnant because something in it can harm the baby..Or wtv heh. The mother/father idea is soo cute!! I wanna see pics when you get it done! :d

Hey hun..Well they say dont get a tattoo while your pregnant. But me my mom and my sister all got one when we were pregnant. And everything is fine. I know soo many people that have gotten them. I have 2 one on my neck and one on my lower back..They dont hurt at all..I love em..But there so addicting..Lol

Yea you should wait until you have the baby. But the idea of getting the chinese symbol tatto with mom or dad I think it's a good idea. It's definitely meaninful. The dad tattoo is nice so you should get the mom. But I like the sound of father and mother.

Marisa, you are right, they are so (caps) addicting!! I have one on my lower back, and I want another, but my husband doesn't want me to get one. Nikki I love the mother/father idea. Cause no matter what, you will both be that forever. I just don't know if I could have someone's name tattoo on me! I just got my first one yesterday!!!!! It is a butterfly with jayden's name icorporated into it. It is sorta on my right boob. I love it and I am already addicted I want another! The reason you cannot get a tattoo while your pregnant is because there is a risk of getting hepatitis and other infections.

Lol I wanted my dads name but never a guys name! 1. Because its bad luck and 2. If the relationship dont last then your stuck like a dummy with a guys name lol.

Lets take dumb jose for example. When he was with brenda, he was like 16-17 and decided "im gonna be with her a while and I want to impress her" plus he was drunk so he let one if his homies tat his arm with brenda on it! And while we were dating and we would go to the river and beach and stuff, my cousins and sisters would look at me and be like "oh hi brenda!" and im like errrr dummy!!! So I took him staight to santa monica and paid for it to be covered. I couldnt stand looking at it! Now its a big tribal design, ive shown it before. So it looks cool. I told him that better be the last time he gets a name on him!

Now almas baby daddy daniel. Hes a bigger dummy. He had a tat on his chest and it said "rocio" on it. Some girls name. And when she asked him, he said it was his grandma, so she was like oh ok. And like a whole year later he confesses "its not my grandmas name, it was my first girlfriend I loved in mexico." so you would think he learned his lesson right? No he goes and gets my sisters name right on the back of his neck! What a dummy. And....Probably a few months later, he dumps my sister and meets some new girl in nebraksa. So then she asks him about the names and he says, thats my grandma, and my mothers name. And my sister told the girl "f- that its my name not the grandmas!" she was mad, but I was like duh, learn the first time bunch of dummies!

I dont think getting a mans name on someone is nasty at all as far as bad luck, thats just a superstisious thing and I got erics name on me a year ago with no probs lol and plus even if something were to happen which it aint all I gotta do it add an a to make erica . Dont be scared to get a tat. They dont hurt that bad but then again it depends on ur tolorence for pain. Is say the one on my ankle hurt the least & the one on my back hurt this most. I think I will be nervous and stuff when I get mine but im sure ill be fine. Im a big chicken. I got all nervous for my tounge ring and my noe ring, I thought I was gonna cry lol. But watching the tatoo machine scratchin you looks like...It hurts! I swear if I wasnt scared, id have my dads name on my back left shoulder, whatever thats called or on my ankle, then id get the barbed wire band on my arm or the exact band to match joses tat, and id move my mother tat to the other side. Lol..But since im a big chicken im sticking to the mother one only. Lol.

I have my tounge pierced and honestly it didnt hurt at all!!! I was a chicken to get it done but I wanted it so bad and I got it and I am sooo happy I have it!! I love it so much...The most painfull piercing was my nipple owwie!!
