Q: Ending Breastfeedoing!

Im gonna retire breastfeeding when I go back to work but I dread it bc they say ur boobies get really sore till all the milk dries up! I was just wonderin how bad is the pain or is there any?Oh and how hard would it be to switch her over?When should I start trying to switch her?
