I run everyday as a form of exercising. Ever since im pregnant, I have stop doing so. However, I feel strange since running is my normal routine. Im now 20 weeks pregnant. Will like to know if im still suitable to run? Will I suffer from miscarriage if I do so?

In my opinion I don't think you should, perhaps walking would be suitable and they have pregnancy tapes so that you can stay on shape. Just to stay on the safe side maybe you should consider doing easier exercise.

I suggest you don't start running only to stay on the safe side. There are other exercise you can do because maybe it's that you are so used to working out so maybe you can find something much easier to do like walking, swimming, or try easy areobics tapes. Those are just some ideas.

I belive that as long as you were running before and you are in good shape . I would see nothing wrong with it...I ran with my pregnancy. I belive that is help my labor to be easy and I was able to get back in shape faster after my baby was born....

Just don't run it he heat of the day... And alway get plenty of water... Find a running buddy or run were people are near by just in case something was to go wrong...Your bigest concern would be overheating

Hi shay shay mother, is there any possibility of miscarriage if I run? If so, I guess I better stop.

I dont think running is the best idea while pregnant.. It causes very jolty movements for the baby. If u ran all the time b4,its not as bad. But I still wouldnt. I'd ask a doc*
