I've been trying to conceive for almost 7 years. I don't have regular periods and had a dnc in april '04. My doctor currently has me on prometrium (natural progesterone) and i'm on my 2nd month. I don't like the side affects, constant sore breasts, depression, uti, exhaustion, etc. I have been looking into ovulex, it looks like a good product. Has anyone taken this product, and if so did you take it while on prometrium? Any success with a pregnancy?

I post on another board on a fertility-oriented website. There were a lot of women that had used ovulex with a pretty high amount of them successfully getting pregnant. I think not one thing would work 100% of the time for 100% of the people that use it - people's bodies are just different. But like I said, there were actually a lot of women that were able to get pregnant after they started using it. I personally have one friend that had been trying for like seven months to get pregnant (she had a thyroid problem and had to have it treated so after all that she was afraid that messed her up and she wouldn't ever be able to conceive) but she got pregnant on her next cycle (started taking it just before the beginning of the cycle before that, so she was on it for like five or six weeks).

I also have another friend that takes it just for her pms symptoms because she's like a dragon if she doesn't. Yikes!

Good luck!
