Hey lolli, I remember my sister who is 42, telling me about the benefits of soy for premenopausal women. She is really big on health stuff and she told me to start eating soy products. I really haven't except I switched to the slim fast that has soy in it.
I'll be 40 this year and I have always suffered really bad cramps and pms.
I've been told that having a baby helps with cramps, but i've never had a baby. My gyno gives me lortab for cramps and it works really good.
I talked to my gyno about getting my tubes tied and he said that would be bad for me because I get ovarian cysts and it could make them worse.

I don't want to have kids and neither does my husband. I want him to get a vasectomy but he's too chicken...
i too like to walk, but when it's really hot in the summer I don't do it as much. My working overtime lately has cut into my free time in the evenings too. Keep up your excercise because that is soooo good for you.
