My uncle has been suffering from a clogged nose. It seems twice as severe when he is sleeping (or trying to) then when he is awake. At some points his nostril is swollen on the inside. It is quite noticeable, and the passage is about a quarter of its normal size when it is swollen. Typically his nose is stuffed, and he uses afrin, but as of late, it hasnt been really doing the trick. There are no other side effects. Any suggestions on what may this may be, or remedies? Any feedback would be appreciated, thank you.
