Hi im 15 years old I had psoriasis since the age of 3 my mum had it when she was little but grow out of it at the age of 18 my mum said I should cut out all dairy products will that help get rid of it please help!!!

If that helped your mum then it is certainly worth trying - but I would also stop & think whether there are any foods/chemicals/make-up/perfume etc that make you feel sick or make it worse - it may be that you need to stay away from/stop eating/using these rather than dairy - after all you are not automatically the same as your mum.
