Problematic Back Acne/blemish Pictures Included... Posted: 07-04-04 01:08am
I've had this condition for almost 2-3
years now. Over the counter stuff hasn't
worked at all. Dermatologist just gave me
some cleaning pads and some anti-biotics.
Still nothing. Although, the antibiotics
have worked to some extent. It seems as
if when the pimple pops and or bleeds, I
get these marks on my back, they dont seem
to heal, nor go away. If anyone has any
ideas as to what can help me out please
tell... Thanks in advance.
As for personal information, I am a 20
year old male of latin descent, if that
has anything to do with it.
Yeah, bacne sucks. Although my bacne
wasn't as severe as yours, I dealt with
pesky bumps on my back, shoulders, and
upper arms last year. I did three things
to make it go away. 1) started taking
chinese herbs (i use sunrider products.
They helps control your hormones and
cleanse you from the inside out) 2)
started using proactiv wash on my chest
and back and invested in a good sponge. I
am a woman of color, so I understand
scaring. Darker people produce more
melonoma, so it takes longer for marks on
us to heal. Using a sponge to exfoliate
the skin will help get rid of dead skin
cells and prevent clogging of the pores.
Don't scrub the pimples, as they will
become irritated, but use the sponge on
acne prone areas or scars. 3) the last
thing helped the most. I stopped washing
my hair in the shower. It sounds crazy
but the chemicals in my shampoo and
haircare products were seriously
irritating my skin, so I started washing
in the sink.
I did these three things, and I am
completely acne free on my body now. I
hope this helps!! Good luck

Homoeopathic medicine has good remedies to
see that the acne rosacea on the face,
chest and dorsal reigon which give a
reddish tinge and sometimes get filled
with pus and on healing leave a scar are
gotten rid of. It has also remedies to
see that they do no recur. Common
medicines are kali brom, carbo animalis,
lachesis, merc sol, calendula, echinacea
etc.Which also help in reducing the scars
to a certain extent.
