It needs to be acetaminophen, ~no ibuprofin~, ~no apirin~... The only thing that I know of that you can take for aches and such is acetaminophen (what tylenol is made of, tylenol is just the brand name, so if you want you can go get a bottle of cheap crap that just says its acetaminophen), and only take it if you really need it, and talk to your doctor about it too just in case he just doesnt want you to.

No ibuprofin? I would die! Advil is the only thing (other than prescription) that gets rid of my headaches. Tylenol does nothing for me at all. If I ever got pregnant, I would be miserable and crabby from having a headache all of the time.
