Hi there, hoping someone reads this and can help!
About 3 or 4 months ago I was stood working when I suddenly felt a pounding in my chest and became immediately weak and dizzy with pain and a locking sensation in my right knee area. Obviously frightening as id never experienced this before, id been having bouts of tiredness for about 12 months but just put it down to working conditions and lack of sleep.
This has over the months progressed to bouts or attacks which seem to be getting increasingly worse. It starts where I feel fuzzy, dizzy, light headed and very irritable with muscle pain and fatigue.
My muscles in my arm and legs especially my left arm / shoulder feel burning and tired and weak, a bit like when youve banged your arm or over worked.
My legs seem to stumble like im catching the bottom of my feet on the floor.
My vision doesnt blur but becomes a little dull and darkened and I get very sensitive to noise.
Until recently ive had no real headaches but now these have started, on a daily basis , never a pain I could position or pinpoint but seems to be worse around the top of my spine and over my eyes, making my eyes feel bulging and very tired. The back of my nose / throat seems to swell and I can smell what I can only describe as blood, like when you get a nose bleed but in my case nothing comes out. I also feel nauseus.

I have been to 3 different doctors, the first prescribed me with stomach ulcer pills and sent me for blood tests which came back clear and told me it could be stress / anxiety.

The second gave me beta blockers and said it was migraines, even though there was no headache at this time, he said its a type of migraine that has no headache or it could be anxiety

the third prescribed me antibiotics , 8 a day and stemetil 3 times a day and told me it was a viral infection and anxiety.

Well my pills have all ran out , I still feel as bad as ever, I live in the uk where everything has to be stress related and it seems like you actually have to be continually bleeding from at least 7 orifices to get tested for anything. Any ideas??????

Headache , Muscle Pain, Weakness
You need to undergo a electrocardiogram, endoscopy of ugi tract, random blood sugar examination to have an idea about the cause of your symptoms.

It could be a Tension-type headache. Chronic tension-type headache differs from chronic migraine in the sense that it hurts on both sides of your head. The feeling is somewhat overwhelming since it’s all around your head, almost like a helmet of some sort. A “helmet of pain” is maybe a fitting word? Chronic tension-type headache can make you feel nausious too but not as much. Sensitive to light and sound is also common. Chronic tension-type headache is the type of headache I’ve been suffering from a lot of years during my childhood.
