Can some1 please help me. Im a african-american male who has white spots on my innerarm, thigh and penis area. Shocked

this discolouration has me concerned because the spots r getting larger and have spread 2 my neck and upper lip. Embarassed

no 1 else n my family has this problem. It appears as a bad rash but doesnt hurt, itch, etc...Just discolouration.

Can any1 help!!!! Idea
