Thursday morn I weighed myself and I was two pounds above my weight I was before I was preggo. Then thursday afternoon it was in the middle 90's and I took like....Maybe a ten mile walk ......Very very hot. I didnt eat that day....El oh el I thought I was gonna die! But then I weighed myself this morn and I lost those two lbs. Go me!

I havent been eating really, I mean ill eat like..Bread..Or somethin here and there or i'll eat one meal a say 'cause I wanna lose at least 30 more lbs. Patrick gets mad at me...When I don't eat because ...Well..I dunoh..Then he'll like eat right infront of me and won't offer anything..So I dunoh if he just thinks I should eat sometimes and not others...And... He told me he'd buy me diet pills. Does that mean he thinks i'm fat too???He just doesnt wanna come out and say?

Well thats a very unhealthy way of loosing weight and lets face it 2 lbs isnt going to make any difference to your outward shape.Havent you thought about combining exercise with a healthy diet????? Thats a damn sight more effective and healthy then starving yourself.

The two pounds was probably just water weight. When you do not eat you automatically lose a bunch or retained water and also, the walking in the heat probably made you sweat!
But, yeah, I doubt you are fat at all, but if you are insecure, then just do what sparkly said. Try to eat right and excercise, even if you just walk. You will automatically feel better.

Yep just waterweight is lost that way. Really not eating, or cutting your meals down to one meal a day is the least effective way to lose weight. Even if u do lose some at first, it slows your metabolism big time and u will just end up gaining it right back if not more. Really the only good way to lose any actual fat is by excersizing and eating a healthy 1,500 cals a day. (or however many cals u decide) but going below 1,200 you only burn muscle, not fat.
