I am 45 years old and lead what I consider an average life. For the last few years I have had symptoms of general low feeling, headaches and anxiety which also affects my confidence. The doc didn't seem to think he could do anything for me and i've put up with it but I know I can think better, feel better and i'm sure with both those would overcome the anxiety I feel.

I thought it might be sinuses as I noticed presure around my sinus areas but I don't show any other symptoms. I tried a nasal spay and although that helps I still suffer with what I can only describe as a dull head - it's like I can't fully connect my brain or get it working at full speed.

I;ve wondered if it could be allergy, hormone changes as I age, or a sinus infection that irritates and flares occasionally but does this sor tof thing exist and how is it diagnosed and treated please?

No one can do what we used to do!!! Have you spoke with you Dr. About this, did blood work, are you anxious, you sound like you might be a little down or depressed, everyday our system changes, I would suggest talking to your Dr., tell him everything, don't leave anything out, start taking notes, I do!
Keep in touch! Let us know what happens!
Sincerely,
sandy
