Sad Sad
i will be 40 in february and figure out what's happening to me.
I came off of the pill in mid 1995. Boyfriend passed away and have dated
here and there, but otherwise nothing major.
Through the years a week before my cycle, i'm wigging out big time.
Anger, agression, thoughts of violent behavior, can't talk without
wanting to yell my points, mind wonders, always upset, noise drives
me crazy, major mood swings within minutes, feel like a lunatic.

All of this stops when my cycle begins. This has happened to me gradually. Since it is a gradual occurance, where will I be in 3 years....Jail
for murdering someone? What is this? And, is it a side effect of the pill or
due to not taking the pill anymore?
Don't know how long I can last like this...Please help

Wow.....
Well first I suggest some counceling. You need to get over some things that are going on inside of your head. It might not just be pms, you should ask a doctor why this happens. There are maney organizations that are willing to help you recover this. Have you gone to church lately? I am christian and I go regularly twice a week. It helps a great deal to learn love, patience, kindness anf forgiveness. I pray you do not homicide anybody. I am going through a tough time too, and I turn to .God to help me and continue to be there for me. You should see your docot and a therapist. Good luck, god bless

Thanks for your kind assistance. Just for the record, I agree and understand what you're saying. I believe god will assist me also that is why I attend bible study tuesday nights, prayer on friday evenings, and regular sunday service. I'm also the choir director.

Please don't misunderstand me. And perhaps I should have provided more
information.
I've been to my gyn, who told me to take premisen [sp]. I've done that to no avail. My intentions are to switch doctors. However, i'm wondering if anyone else has any insight to what this could be, since I do have a clue.

I won't kill anyone and I am able to calm myself, but that doesn't stop the rushing thoughts, the anger, mood swings, and emotional rollercoasters.

Thanks....

Ok well that is great! I go to bible study on monday, church on sunday and help the kids during second service. You know you should change doctors. They need to give you some medication to balance your hormones out. Because before your period, your hormones are going wild and you get all these thoughts and you need to control them. Ask another doctor for it. To get on the pill, plus other pills to help. My mom had it once and she would be mean, then loving, then crying. She has many pills to help her out. Hormone pills though. And they work fine.
