Hi,

i am 27 year old and for the past couple of weeks i've been feeling a little weired.
To sumarize, in the begining I felt a little dizzy, then I got a kind of a cold with some mild fever but felt very tired. I also head constant back head ache which felt more like presure in the back of my head and a little bit on the sides.
Then I drank lots of water and took some hot baths and then rested. After one hot bath and taking a nap I felt alot better and it felt like I gained some enery back. I felt a little better for couple of more days but now I feel the pressure in my head again, along with the dizzy feeling and tiredness and a little feeling of unreality(especially when I space out or concentrate more on one object or thing).
Also at night when is quiet I feel more than hear this hum in the back of my head...Constant...But it fades more away when the head ache/pressure milds away.
When I get up in the morning I feel more tired than normal then I used to.
Also when I had the fever/cold my body felt cold at times, more like there was a cold rush going through my body or I should say more in the back of my head and then would go away.
I can go by normaly tough, I go to work, I can eat but it bothers me and makes me feel tired and wired.

I remember I felt similar once in my life back when I was about 19 years old and I remember it all when away. From what I remember it started when I went swiming and water got into my right ear clogging it up for a couple of weeksor so.
Also recently 1 month ago I went to the dentist and was prescribed penicilin v and took that for 10 days.

Does anyone now what this could be ?. I also have it lined up to go see a doctor but I am getting a little worried about this situation.

If you're still having fever or chills then its more likely some sort of bacterial or viral infection. I've been goin through something similar this week also. On monday I felt really tired, runny nose, headache. Tuesday I felt kinda feverish, fatigued and same symptoms as monday. Even today I still feel but dont really have signs of infection or anything either. I started to get really worried last night but convinced myself to wait a few more days. I think I just had a cold and thougth it was anxiety so I went about my days as normal when what I shoulda been doin is resting. So i'll just wait and see cause i'm tired of goin to the doc and have him tell me its my anxiety and stress. Hope this helps you in some way.

Thank you for your reply. I actually went to a doctor and he prescribed me some antibiotics and some head tension release medicine. I took those and I kind of feel a little better. I still feel a little fatigue through. I suspect it will go away in a little while.

The sensation you are feeling I think they call it desencitation. You feel like your in a picture. Trippin without your luggage.lol.. Ive had panick attacks for 27 years. Yours sounds more like anxiety. I have both, and it sucks. Racing heart beats, skipping heart beats, feeling your pulse, wet towels, dizzy, short of breath..Bottom line..You aint gonna die.......You get to the Doctor and make sure what you have first..Then panick like me...life too short...
