19 male
i'm a 19 yr old male and i have had this problem since i was about 13-14. I'm 6' 2" and about 180 pounds. through this time i have used pot and had a drinking problem, but it never seems to effect the problem. i Wake up and have to force my self out of bet. i cant eat in the mornings because it seems to make it alot worse. i was at one point diagnosed with bi polar disorder as a kid but i havent taken meds for it for about 4 years. i cant afford to go to the doctors even though i would like to. Latly it has been so bad that i dont work till around eleven. thank god i'm self employed. i have tried changing all my habits but nothing seems to work.

thnks
Alex

maybe trying ibuprofen 200mg is worth the try, as soon as the symptoms appears.

this continues to work in my case, for headaches at leasts...

hope this helps,
