Get a breast pump, if you don't have one, and pump as often as possible. Your body will think that your baby needs more food and that its starving and it (hopefully) will start making more.

q: what can I do to get more breastmilk?
Author: maricela | date: 16/05/2003

answers
a: maricela, first thing is to call the breastfeeding line 0870 444 8708. The counsellor will discuss with you various ways of making sure you make more milk, having asked you about your current situation and why you think you may not have enough.

The only way to make more milk is to ensure milk is removed from your breasts effectively and often. The more this happens, the more milk you will make.

Forget about diet, about fluids, about resting, about herbal supplements....None of these will have the slightest effect if your milk supply is not being stimulated by effective and frequent removal. This might mean ensuring the baby is positioned and attached optimally'; it might mean increasing the number of feeds, either day or night or both; it might mean allowing the baby to stay at the breast as long as he wants; it might mean expressing your milk as well as feeding the baby.

But call the line, and talk about it!

All the very best, heather neil, breastfeeding counsellor

The only thing my doctor said is if it starts to go dry, the more u feed, the more that comes in .Its what the baby demands.. So even if notihn seems to be coming out, try to get her to try and feed more and more and it should start . . If not, ask a doc asap!

Keep pumping, if not give it a little bit to let teh milk fill up. Im hope it works because my sister had the same thing, only after 2 weeks she went completely dry.
