so yea anyways a few days ago I noticed white but only a small amount of moist skin around my tip, but I thought hey ill leave it see how it goes. So after a day of seeing how it goes, it actually did go leaving me stress-free.

Lastnight I was checking my penis and testicles when I noticed this dry skin on my testicle area, it was making my skin on the area increase; making my testicle area looking quite 'saggy' I didn't think much of it then just went to sleep.

I've literally just woke up this morning. When I checked my penis I noticed the same skin type form on my penis and i'm really freaked.

Please post any of your thoughts and anything what could help me (yes i'm already going to see a doctor but not till tomorrow).
