Q: Help Please.. My Lips Has Been Pealing...

Hi, for a couple months now. My lips have been pealing every couple of days. I use chapstick everyday and still no use. I dont know what else to do. I dont bite, nor lick my lips at all. And it keeps on pealin. Is this some kind of skin disorder? What should I do?
