INBOX The Inbox contains messages that you have received from other ehealth users.
SAVEBOX The Savebox contains messages saved from your Inbox.
OUTBOX The Outbox contains messages that have been sent but NOT YET opened or received by the intended recipient.
SENTBOX The Sentbox contains messages that have been sent AND received by the intended recipient.
How do I send a private message?
First, log in. Then, click the private messages link at the top of each page. You can also click on the link that reads You have X new messages and youâll be directed to your Inbox.
When I click the private message link it asks me to log in. Why?
Sorry, but only registered users can communicate to others on the board via private messages. This is to prevent malicious use of the system by anonymous users.
I cannot send private messages!
There are three reasons for this; either you are not registered and/or not logged on, the board Administrator has disabled private messaging for the entire board, or the board Administrator has prevented you individually from sending messages. Or, your inbox is full and you cannot receive or send messages. To request the ability to send private messages, please submit a User Comment Form and explain your situation.
I keep getting unwanted private messages!
Please copy the text of any unwanted private messages and send it to our administration via the User Comment Form. We will respond to you personally and will address user abuse as quickly as possible.
I have received a spamming or abusive email from someone on this board!
We are sorry to hear that. The email form feature of this board includes safeguards to try to track users who send such messages. You can contact the board Administrator via the User Comment Form with a full copy of the email you received. It is very important to include the subject header of the email so we can track the problem user and take action.
