Normall my teeth feel fine when I clench them. But every now and then when I clench them they feel all unaligned and out of whack. It lasts for maybe a couple of days and they feel fine again. Any advice.

Cool

Clinching your teeth is not a good thing and it can cause a lot of problems. If you are clinching in your sleep you may want to go to a dentist and see about getting a night guard to wear at night so you dont damage you teeth. Good luck!
