On my neck,chest,back,under my arms,and in the crease of my arms and legs.I have dark patches of skin(they look dirty but when washed the are still there) and it has spread quit fast.. Not only is the skin dark it is also rough,kinda dry, raised higher then the normal skin and on my chest its kinda flaky/scaly...I was told by a freaky doctor "this aint normal" hell I could have told her that much..And she also said that it normaly happens to older people im 16..She dint tell me what it was or what causes it...

So I kinda hope someone can give me a heads up on this...It really really bothers me...
