I had headaches and neck pains for a long time. A friend of mine recommended a contoured therapeutic memory foam pillow to me. Those problems seem disappeared since using it. I think it really works.

That looks like a great site.. Thanks for the info. I used to use a contour pillow, but have to sleep on a wedge pillow for my acid reflux and it's hard to use both at the same time. They are good though..
