It's 3 in the morning for crying out loud and I had to get up becouse pain woke me up. That'll be Day 4.
I had two white fillings on the left 2 weeks ago and they are still bit sensitive when I chew something solid or drink cold. But the third white filling on right bottom I got 3 days ago is killing me. It takes it's time but it's doing it's job and slowly killing. It's the fifth tooth so it's small, filling was pretty deep and cavity was bad but it didin't bothered me that much before I went to get it fixed (what's up with that??)
I needed three shots to get numbed and two of them were at the very back so I couldn't feel my neck nor ear for half a day afterwards. But it was fine until the anaesthetic wore off.
Now my right bottom gum is sore - the teething kind of pain, dull and costant and burning sensation - and I can feel it in my ear on times.
I need Ibuprofen every 7 hours 2 paracetamols a day and bonjella (that's for kids) rubbed in my gum every 3 hours to keep me up and about. Still pain wakes me up every bloody night around 2-3 a.m. Tonight I ended up finding your river of tears.
I'm not going back to that dentist unless I absolutely have to. Does it look like a gums infection and can I go to a regular doctor for an antybiotic or do I need to go back to that hell with dental chairs in it? How long can you go on painkillers? That's a short run...
Good luck everyone! Waiting for the answers.
