The past 2 days my left big toe has been partially numb and yesterday a spot on my right heel turned numb. I've never had anything like this before and I have no idea where to begin an answer for it.

you should be checked for transverse myelitis...this disease can sometimes start in the feet and travel up the legs. good luck to u!
