Bladder/kidney Infection!

I am sorry to hear that. Is that anything like a uti bcuz if so I know u can take azo for that and it cures it pretty quick, but in the mean time drink lots of cranberry juice, it will make you go to the bathroom frequently but it helps a little.

I know cranberry juice can help prevent them, unfortunatly tho I dont believe it can cure em. I say drink lottttts of water...I mean lots. U have to flush it out of ur system so if its not already, then it wont get to ur kidneys. Goodluck! Ive had a bladder infection for 7 1/2 months straight now, basically most of my pregnancy, but they cant seem to get rid of it so ive been on antibiotics, but mines not painful like urs. Im sorry, I hope it gets better!

Cranberry juice is very acidic, and it makes the enviorment such in your bladder and kidneys that the bacteria can't live and grow. It doesn't help as much as medical treatment, but if you drink lots, I think it can cure or at least help a uti.

Jeff's mom says it can help, but won't cure it. So I will get some cranberry to drink, even though I hate that stuff, I pray it helps some!!!!! this really sucks! I've had 4 in my life time, a couple really really bad ones and 1 that didn't really hurt and since I really didn't know, it went to my kidneys, and boy did that hurt!!!! I have a bad one now, and it might be in my kidneys, its so hard to tell since I am hurting all over, and its really driving me nuts, this darn baby kicks my bladder and gosh that hurts soooo bad!!!!!

tweety, what is azo? Do you need to get that from a doctor? Is is safe for pregnant woman??

I am kind of broke this month till the 9th, and august I will have plenty of money, but this is going to be a tight few days!! So really I need medication from the dr so I can use my medical insurance. Its really pissing me off though because I can't get ahold of my dr to make an appointment!!! I keep getting a message and having to leave my info, which they never call back!! They will only see me on mondays and weds. So I am trying my hardest to get in tomorrow, but watch I have to sit around with this till monday!!! I will be sooooo mad!!!!!

Ugh well I hope you get an appointment! Theoretically I dont' know why it wouldn't cure if you drank enough! Maybe its physically impossible to drink enough for it to cure you. Hope you get some relief!

Finally!! I got ahold of ucla medical center down the street from me, and they said they can see me tomorrow morning at 8am!! Yeah!! I am so greatful! Its gunna be intersting to see how I get there since its hurting to walk! Uhhgg. But oh well, I will get there, cause I need some medication, and that wonderful red pill that kills the pain!! I love that pill!! Lol! Anyway, gunna go get some cranberry juice right now. thanks.

Oh and erin, my bully goes up and down all the time depending where the baby is, so its almost seems like your belly is bigger then mine at 13 weeks, and me being 19 weeks 5 days!! I think I will stay small, which sucks, cause I really want a belly!! But I think you are gunna have the bellly I want!! Lol!!
