Q: Undescended Testicle, Or Not?

I'm 20 years old and only recently discovered that one of my testicles seems to ride alot higher than my other one. I've heard it might be "undescended", i've heard people saying it looks like they only have one testicle, but my testicle is actually visable, and sometimes my testicles come together, maybe due to temperatue change.

Also when I relax, or stand up and look down at them, it slides down and rests next to the other. However when I sit down or walk it seems to ride high again. Can it be an undescended testicle even though it's visable, and actually moves next to the other one?

I've been to the doctors twice and seen different doctors when I was 15/16 about unrelated concerns regarding my penis/testicles but they never mentioned anything about one being undescended.

If anyone could shed some light on this situation, it would be greatly appreciated.
