Now that is a nice house!!!!!!!!! :d I want a new house!! We have a big one but it is soo much wasted space and poor design scheme so it's like a big room with rooms in it!! Hard to explain but it's really poorly designed. My room is the size of a standard walk in closet and I am by no means exaggerating. It's not just too small for me it's too small period and there is nothing anyone can do to make it look bigger! My boyfriends room is big but no better because it has the main ac vent inside it and we have to leave the door open because it will hurt the ac. How dumb is that?? Have a bedroom that you can't close the door in!! The walls are paper thin!! You can hear everything and the driveway is just awful!! It is aside a big hill so if you veer off too far to the right coming up that god awful v shaped hill coming up the driveway, you will end up going through the woods and crashing down at the bottom of the road which is a hill!! It's happened before!! Hard to explain, i'll take pictures if I can get photo impression to work!

No not expensive at all. Lucky for me, alabama has relatively low real estate prices and demand! We got it for well under $200k.

I was gonna ask how much it was but I would feel rude... But yea, houses like that around here are definelty over 200k! You pay at least 230,000 for a new, nice house like that...

Wowser! That house is amazing! If that house was in a nice area over here it'd easily cost £350,000 (if not more) which my currency converter tells me is $640,000 which sounds like a lot compared to what you're paying!
American houses are seriously cheap-i cannot believe a house like that would cost £109,000 ($200,000) you wouldnt barely even get a 1bedroom flat for that here!
The average first time buyers house hereis £120,000 ($220,000) and thats one which needs a lot of work.You guys are so lucky to have such great affordable houses!
